Wife got a new chip forth the elevation edge today. In the past I simply smoothed it out so no ripping and called it good. Is there anything else I could or should practice?

Thanks!

Put a piece of tape along the sidewall to create a dam. And so put epoxy in the 'reservoir' behind the dam. That way you tin can get an epoxy filler that is as deep as you need. This chip has been filled and filed abroad. O

JB Quik if greyness matches. Harbor Freight for clear. Or any quick cure hardware store epoxy.

For repair strength on a dry function, regular JB Weld is good. Just be patient to let it fully cure.

Skis are pretty robust and can tolerate lots of dings and fries. Don't stress over information technology too much.
