three. EASA Office 66 – Certifying Staff
four. EASA Function 147 – Technical Training Organizations and Requirements
Part 1000 is presented every bit two sections. Department A (called the "Technical Requirements" is applicable to industry) and Department B ("Procedure for Competent Authorities" is applicative to the Regulator – Competent authority).
Section A is subdivided into the following sections:

Each Part Thou organization nominates a Standing Airworthiness Director (CAM) who is responsible for the Standing Airworthiness Direction Organization (CAMO) post-obit the Regulatory requirements described in Function M every bit well equally the procedures which are independent in the Standing Airworthiness Management Exposition.
