I had ServPro McKinney TX clean up afterwards some water leaked into the house into several rooms. They estimated it would have betwixt 3-five days of 25 high speed fans and 2 dehumidifiers at a cost of $3000-$5000. It took exactly iii days (72 hours) and I expected the cost to exist about $3000, just the cost was virtually $4000. Alexis at their role was quite stern and unbending most the toll--a bit rude. I will await elsewhere if I have water leak bug again.

ServPro was hired to repair h2o damage from a leaking roof. They caused more harm than needed to be repaired. They didn't even do all piece of work that they said was going to exist done. Full ceilings were not resurfaced as quoted, merely a minimal area and with a different paint sheen, so it's completely obvious where they touched. Aforementioned with the walls and baseboards. Walls were damaged from removing baseboards and never fixed. Paints don't match on walls. They never did mold removal and didn't reinsulate attic space where water impairment was.

Broke the dishwasher seal and improperly reinstalled information technology. Broke the stove's gas line causing a leak and the gas to be turned off. Was without a stove for 3 days until that was repaired by ourselves. Didn't properly remove old laminate flooring before laying the cheap vinyl they sold usa on. You tin at present experience all the imperfections right through the new floor. Poorly pained a room that didn't even need to exist touched, all to compensate the overpriced quoted piece of work they did. Every wall that was painted was washed so with a different sheen of pigment so all touch ups testify. Paint on trim, ceiling, cabinets, door, and new flooring.

We were left for 3 weeks with no floor and open walls and all of the cloth and equipment scattered around the house until they were able to come back out and complete the work. All of this while nosotros were trying to live and function in our dwelling. They sent one guy to do the unabridged job, and after one week of demolition nosotros were told he wouldn't return for another 3 weeks to end because they are currently understaffed, leaving the states to live and function with the mess he created and the material and tools he left behind. I would never recommend this visitor and their shoddy work. Completely dissatisfied.

The SERVPRO of Morton Grove/E Niles 7125 N Austin Ave Niles, IL 60714 sent by my insurance company to came to my rental holding to do the work on ii/9/2022 and they croaky and chipped the ceramic tiles along the T-molding in my bathroom when either trying to remove the T-molding between the bathroom and the hardwood floor in the hallway or trying to cutting out the hardwood flooring in the hallway along the T-molding. The franchise owner denied his responsibleness right away and was not even trying to find out what really happened when I made a complaint to SERVPRO. The photos that my tenant took before and after SERVPRO did the piece of work show that it was SERVPRO damaged the ceramic tiles in the bathroom. The SERVPRO has done more harm at my belongings than helped.

Exercise non call or talk to this company they are the most dishonest company that I accept always dealt with. My firm burnt in November of 2022. The insurance company had us get in contact with Servpro of E. Clackamas. They came correct over to the business firm and that is when the lies began, they told usa that there would exist 2 people working on the house all the time. But virtually of the time there was only i person. It was downhill from there. We were lied to all the time. They would not give a work schedule or an gauge of how much money they had spent until they were almost washed, and and then they informed us that nosotros were $xxx,000.00 over the insurance amount. They had doubled the cost of items and added costs into the amount that I did not understand, and I was told that was if they had to come back and redo any work.

There were items similar finish carpenter which in that location was no finish carpenter on site. The people that Servpro had on site had never done work like this. They installed doors, windows painted the walls and ceiling which they screwed up. I do not know annihilation nearly house painting, so I was depending on them to know what paint to use which they didn't. They did not know that you only use flat sheen on sloped ceilings. Then, they repainted the ceiling 2 or three time earlier they were told to just use flat sheen paint worked on sloped ceilings. They installed vii interior doors and all of them had something wrong with them, 2 of them had to be redone. They besides installed eight windows which 5 windows was reinstalled two times before they were correct and ii just had to reinstalled 1 and simply 1 window was OK.

We were out of our house until Baronial of 2022. Just when we moved back in, nosotros could only utilize the master sleeping accommodation, which wasn't complete, the kitchen, and dining room. The rest of the firm wasn't done enough that we could move into it. We lost out on deals for piece of furniture because they would not tell united states of america when we could move in totally. And so hither it is March the xi, 2022 and information technology is even so not done, and they want us to pay for the poor work that has been done.

If all Servpro is similar E. Clackamas don't employ them, you will be sorry. Insurance companies need to stop recommending Servpro to the clients. Servpro inflates their cost by double which makes the insurance having to pay for the work that is washed. If we had been able to get an outside contractor, we would take been able to stay within the insurance amount. Only not beingness able to tell then when the house would be ready to rebuild, we were unable to do that. Again, all I tin can say DO NOT USE SERVPRO.

The possessor kept telling me that work crews were at my firm working only each time he didn't tell the truth, nothing got washed at all. When questioned well-nigh lack of service he quit the contract. The first day they took all my wearing apparel, shoes and rugs. They were returned weeks subsequently that filthy dirty. Beware of this company equally they promised for a quick service but don't put out. I am now in a muddied unhealthy firm with my pets looking for someone else to help me. They seem to take plenty of workers to come out to do that which profits them the almost similar delivery of air scrubbers and textile cleaning which happens immediately and so they go out you hanging. They besides study to your insurance company about losses and minimize them so you don't go the money to supplant all that yous piece of work for.

ServPro was contacted on or effectually one/4, I believe, regarding an insurance claim for water harm in my basement due to sewage overflow from a neighbor'due south house. They were contacted to restore/repair harm in basement including flooring tile, washer and dryer, bathroom vanity, walls, etc.. The projection manager, Stephen **, quoted me around 10k ballpark to restore/repair items previously mentioned as well as mitigation, we spoke in person on ane/half dozen, I believe, dates may exist off.

On one/xi, nosotros spoke again over the phone, he and so quoted me effectually 11k in total just for mitigation, no repairs included for items mentioned higher up.. It appears the company is attempting to utilize 100% of insurance cap, which is 10k, for themselves and leave me with goose egg for repairs.. I believe from experience, Stephen knew insurance cap would exist 10k, thus quoted me that corporeality in person, so turned around and quoted me 11k over the phone, not including my repairs.. As stated earlier, information technology appears the company is attempting to accept 10k for themselves, exit me with a damaged basement..

State Subcontract recommended this company when I had water impairment from a leak. They told me I wouldn't have to worry as State Subcontract would handle the neb. When all was said and done they paid me less than the bill and left me to handle it so I went through the bill with a fine tooth rummage. Not but were all measurements off but about ten or more than sq ft, but they claimed they pulled up 36 sq feet of floor and didn't even pull upwards more 1 sq ft. They cut all the way through sub flooring then nosotros had to reinforce our floors, it deep gouges in the hall after pulling up tile, bent the frame in the drop ceiling, all costing us a lot of piece of work and money. I do non recommend this visitor.

Practise Non CALL SERVPRO. Do Non TRUST THESE FOLKS and franchise owners. They have left our family in worse shape than the original pocket-sized area of water harm. Untrained workers, brought in past untrained supervisor, leads to disasters and far more than damage than yous can imagine. They accept left moisture insulation, damaged appliances, granite tiles in our sink and garbage disposal, completely cutting our sub floors past joist, resulting in even farther damages. They conducted an Asbestos exam in a piece of linoleum left nether the dishwasher. The results came dorsum Positive, The following day a new supervisor and more than untrained workers came into our home disrupted the unabridged flooring, including the positive patch of asbestosis. They failed to seal whatever and all of our cabinets, pantry, window, HVAC contaminated leaving everything covered in dust and debris.

Each day that passed, I chosen to let them know things were not going well here and we needed to accept support, when they finally sent one of their lead estimators/contractors from their restoration company to look at the damage, he agreed something should be washed and this should not take happened to our abode. That was the last I heard from ServPro. While waiting on approximate from our contractor for repairs, in the span of 20 days, and after receiving monies from insurance, they will threaten you lot with a lien on your belongings for not payment. 20 DAYS! The entire process is NOT worth the corporate name. They closed shop, left town and are desperate. At that place is and then much more that has transpired, merely in brusque this corporation should stand up by their word, regardless if these folks left town. IF a McDonald'southward franchise is sued, they are suing McDonalds and the franchise owner. This is no different.
